  • Urgent on-site visit and setup of computers and peripheral devices (within 8 working hours of receiving the request)

  • Replacement of faulty computers

  • Provision of antivirus protection for computers, taking into account their usage conditions

  • Monthly visit by a specialist to your office for regular preventive work, including:

    • Checking operating systems for errors and fixing them

    • Checking and optimizing the file system

    • Preventive maintenance of the computer network and ensuring its functionality

    • Checking data integrity

    • Recommendations for improving parameters and replacing unreliable components

    • Adding new devices and installing software

    • Configuration of software and equipment

    • Data backup

    • Organizing shared Internet access via the local network

    • Installation and maintenance of LAN protection against Internet attacks

    • On-site and phone consultations

    • Recommendations and advice on switching to free software
