“1C: Support Package” is a form of concluding an Information and Technological Support (ITS) agreement with the 1C company. The agreement provides access to updates of the platform and configuration of the registered 1C software product, as well as the right and guarantees to receive support.

Terms of such agreements for multi-user software, support for multiple 1C software products, inclusion of guaranteed support hours, etc., are agreed separately.
A 20% discount is offered for the first ITS contract and for subsequent contracts if renewed on time.
