Support for 1C software products (SP) is provided based on a paid subscription for the period of use. A subscription to support the purchased SP gives the user the right to receive updates (both configuration and platform), access to service and consultation from official 1C partners, and connection to the support line via the “1C-Connect” application.
The delivery package of the software product “1C:Accounting 8 for Estonia” includes the program in an “as is” state (as it exists at the time of purchase) and a subscription for updates and support for the first 3 months. Upon expiration of the promotional support period, the user will be offered to extend the subscription for a period from 91 to 731 days. The cost of continuous renewal includes a 20% discount; if there is a gap, the discount does not apply.
